1.1 Are your televisions new?

Most of what we sell is not considered new. We focus on purchasing B-stock inventory which includes customer returns, open box, refurbished, scratch & dent, warranty claims that have been repaired, and other product that big box stores liquidate. 

There are occasions where a retailer liquidates old inventory which is still new or items that have damaged packaging. 

1.2 Can you deliver?

TVs can be big and hard to move. Our goal is for you to receive your television safely and without hassle. Below is a summary of our delivery options:

In store Pickup: You come into the store and see the TV you want before purchasing. Our staff will help you load it into your vehicle.

Local Delivery: We deliver to your door within a 30 mile radius of the store.

Ground Shipping: We ship via FedEx with a tracking number. This option is available for most televisions less than 50" in size.

Freight Shipping: This option is available upon request and is the only way we are comfortable shipping most large televisions. Be prepared for sticker shock as most freight shipments cost $250-$500. Please call 734-506-8255 if you would like to have a large TV shipped freight.
